The staff here at Redford Karate has been very busy the last few weeks compiling all of the wonderful recipes that our school families have submitted. We have over 130 delicious recipes in all categories that are sure to make your mouth water. We even have an honored guest that has submitted a recipe and you'll just have to wait until the cookbook is published to see who it is!
The cookbook will be available for purchase in the next several months, and the price is only $9. The proceeds will go to buy new, comfortable seating for our parents and visitors.
